Last updated · September 2026
Rocky Drive aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across this website and the Rocky Drive app, in Canada and in Germany. Accessibility is part of how we design, build and test: every release is checked with a keyboard alone, with a screen reader and with the operating system's reduced-motion and high-contrast settings turned on.

These preferences are saved to your account so you set them once, and they are shown to your driver together with your first name and pickup point.
If any part of this website, the app or a ride was not accessible to you, email support@ridex.example with “Accessibility” in the subject line. We reply within 5 working days, and we treat every report as a defect to fix, not a complaint to file.
In Canada this statement is provided in line with the Accessible Canada Act and provincial accessibility legislation such as Ontario's AODA; if you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the accessibility authority in your province.
